First version, a day's work. With roots in metal, hardcore, and hiphop, I was looking for a proper in-your-face breakdown-ish bass over a smooth hiphop/rnb vibe. Odd combo perhaps, loved making this tho. But I'm a tad worried that I'm too desensitized to it to see whether it's too crunchy or that the phaser automation just doesn't work. Let me know. Any other criticisms are welcome as well of course! On the agenda are beat variety, builds/prechoruses, bass sequence revision, and perhaps a juggle/time manipulation coda (I've been eyeing my Gross Beat and Stutter Edit all day).
